Raymond studied Construction Management in University Of Ulster Jordanstown. After Qualifying in 2001 he worked in several companies in a management role. The contracts he was involved in were Ulster Bank Head Quarters Belfast, Victoria Square Development Belfast, Cove Bay Exclusive Development Groomsport and many more to give him the experience and confidence needed to set up his own business.
Michael qualified in 1999 as a Quantity Surveyor. He worked for main contractors on many exclusive contracts from airports to residential housing gaining the required expertise. From this base he progressed to start both a project management business and a quantity surveying practice, where he acquired the specific skill set to set up in partnership with Raymond and efficiently run this business which continues
Arlene qualified as a Chartered Accountant with ICAI in 2013. After completing her training with PGM Chartered Accountants, she moved to Terex Corporation where she was quickly promoted to lead the UK & Europe Treasury team. Arlene has gained significant experience and developed a strong commercial acumen which has enabled her to join RPR Group as a Company Accountant. This role encompasses all aspects of the day to day financial management, controls and administration. She is responsible for the accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger functions. In addition to this she provides financial support to the Managing Director and the wider team.
Justin qualified from GMIT Galway in 2002 with a National Certificate in Construction Technology. He worked in the Construction industry for ten years for main contractors throughout Ireland before completing his Degree in Construction Management. Having worked in all areas of building from commercial, civil and residential, Justin now lives full time in London and joined RPR in August 2016 as a Drylining site manager for us at the prestigious Lillie’s Square Clubhouse in West Brompton. He was later promoted to Operations Manager where he oversees all operations elements of the company, as well as assisting the HSEQ Manager in the implementation and running of the companies IMS and safety policies.
Amram is a Quantity Surveyor with us for the last six months, running our London office, Amram is integral to the company with his knowledge and understanding of cost saving and cost management. Alongside his degree Amram has gained his knowledge through previous employment surveying jobs in excess of £4 million drylining packages for a number of the UKs leading firms. Speaking four languages Amram is a good communicator and is adept in arbitrating differences of opinion to mutual agreement.
Martin became a fully qualified accountant with ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in April 2017. He has over 16 years’ experience in a broad range of industries including public practice, social housing, food manufacturing, retail and construction sectors. He supports the Company Accountant in all finance functions of the business including preparation of management accounts, accounts payable and general ledger. He also assists the management team with any financial administrative work.
Serghi is working with us for over a year and a half. with a Gold card, IPAF, SSSTS, Pasma and First-Aid, Serghi is one of our Operational site managers. With a hands on role, he sets out works, supervises and helps with the day to day running of the site he is attached to. A motivated worker speaking three languages, his high degree of technical knowledge helps Serghi thrive with the high end jobs he helps RPR complete across London on a regular basis.
Nicolae has been working for us for the last year on a number of high end drylining contracts across London. with a Gold card , SSSTS, IPAF, PASMA and First-Aid, he is a Drylining Manager running the day to day operational elements of his site, including manpower, safety, orders and deliveries. speaking three languages his strong technical knowledge enables him to co-ordinate between the main contractor and our workforce on site.
Chris joined our team just over six months ago and took on the role of Site Manager for a full fit out at the Elec-Link for us with McLaughlin & Harvey in Folkstone. Chris has thirty years experience in the Construction Industry, with a Black Card, PASMA, IPAF, CSCS NVQ Joinery and First-Aid among others, his background is in Carpentry and Site Management across Commercial and Residential sectors. With strong leadership and communication skills enabling him to work well between the main contractor and our workforce, Chris is adept at meeting deadlines.
